Happy Birthday Owen!

It's my birthday today! At least that is what everyone keeps telling me. I don't know what the fuss is about, I feel the same, except that Mom took me to swing at the park and that was fun. I guess it is a big deal though and I will continue to enjoy all of the attention I am getting because if it! Here are some highlights of things I did in my 1st year on Earth.

Day 1 I was a gooey mess. But I clean up alright.

My scrawny legs haven't filled out much since this photo. (1 Month)

Rode my first motorcycle and met some of my family.

Saw 3 fireworks and slept through the rest.

I relaxed a lot with my kick ass slippers.

Swimming at the Holiday Inn with Mom, Grandma, Sally & Tanner.

Sioux Falls in September with Mom and Dad

I have graduated from diaper motorcycles onto bigger things.

Contemplating a breeze.

Poking out my tummy so Mom and Dad don't think I'm too skinny.

I continue to charm the ladies everywhere I go.

 Making friends with Hoover.

My 6 Month Birthday really tuckered me out!

Practicing for Halloween

I met the man himself!

Bath time is fun time!

Best Christmas present EVER!

Mom took me to work a bunch and I tried to be good.

I learned to crawl. Kind of. I don't care for it.

Love swinging and Cheerios ( Spaghetti O's too)

Grandma and Grandpa came down last weekend to celebrate.

Mom made some fun cupcakes to celebrate.

Mom and Dad forgot to put the hat on the first night so they did a do over.
I didn't cooperate.

Out with the pink! Grandma and Grandpa came down to help redecorate my room.

Whew! That's a lot of stuff to do in a year. I guess it is a big deal! Thanks for all the Birthday wishes!!

Up On The House Top

We cancelled our Dish TV in Omaha about 2 years ago. Naveen has missed it every day since. We now have Dish TV in our new home and can rot our minds with hours of recorded episodes of Shark Tank and Hardcore Pawn.

The old dish comes down!

We have a creek in our backyard (along with a cemetery...). Mr. and Mrs. Mallard don't like it so much so they have decided to roost (do ducks roost or just chickens?) on our roof.

It wouldn't be an appropriate blog post without a photo bomb of the little guy.

We have been exploring different parks in the area looking for ones with baby swings.
Finally we hit the jackpot and Owen sure does love to swing!
(Not sure what the deal is with the video, it just showed up from my phone instead of sending it to YouTube yada yada yada. Must have been part of an update.)

He had so much fun the first time I thought we may as well go again.
