Peer pressure finally got to me. I did it. I am officially a child of the times. I am attached to my cell phone, hooked up to my iPod, and now I have a Blog for all the world to see.

Mr. Asstone Strikes Again

Hello all! Yup, it's that time of year again. Summer. That means hot dogs, picnics, and of course my fav...Mangorummermelon. But that's not all. Summer is a time for the Wichita metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. This will be my second "season" with them. I am sorry to report that a certain someone has returned to the horn section. Like last "season" this hornists approach is less than desirable. I believe last year it can be quoted that he "sounded like a box of running chainsaws falling down the stairs". Well folks-it's time for that loverly summer sound to once again grace the ears of Wichita, it is better than ever. (If you know what I mean).

I got the Axe!

Yup, that's right folks. Miss Amanda is an irresponsible employee and this in turn ends my catering days. Should I be excited? Of course. Anyone who knows me realizes that this is quite an awesome thing, even though it did require a firing/employment termination procedure. What to do! I have three weeks before I go home and nothing to do. I think I will sit in the front yard and try and blend in with the neighbors if ya know what I mean.
