Private Parts

This is the newest addition to the Yadav family. Our due date is May 20th and we couldn't be more excited.

Our tour starts in the living room. Very bland....oops I barfed white and beige everywhere. That will change.

Kitchen and dining area....can you say neutrals??

Master bedroom. This is the hardest room for me to pick a color for.

Part of Naveen's Man Cave

The guestroom....soon to be a happy yellow!

The backyard...needs flowers, plants, and hmmmm INTEREST

And now we get into the private parts of our house. Here are some pictures from the home inspection.

OMG the gold doors have GOT to go! And the kids potty chair too.

This is the room I think I am most excited about because it is going to be my music room and I am going to paint it super cool!

AHHHH! Snow in the attic... or could be insulation.

Outside trim paint to be redone by current owners.

See that in the back??? It is a FULL SIZE washer (and dryer). Most excellent.

Not sure how this picture relates to the home inspection, but the inspector deemed it necessary so here I post. (Puffy dog)

OH MY GOD! THAT'S BAD!!!! (imagine that statement with a great deal of emphasis, drama, surprise, mixed with some fear and that is what Naveen declared when he saw this picture. Once I explained that it was the inside of the fireplace all was well in the world.

The mystery picture. We never saw this storage area when looking at the house either time... Adventure awaits.

Nice pipes....i guess.......i don't know about pipes and schtuff, but they look OK.

Deck, oh won't you look nice with some flower baskets and grill smells. Ahh, summer!

Some driveway crack that should be filled or something. There was some talk of a diamond blade for a saw and Naveen's eyes went blank.

Shouldn't there be some bird poop on the roof??? There is poop all over cars so why not the roof????????? Does your roof have poop on it?

I am super excited to close on our house and move in!
Also excited for my parents to come and see it. I should give a ring to the "Call before you dig" people. If you know my parents there will be some serious digging going on.
